Gray Wolf Studio ("we," "our," or "us") operates the JOLT mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use

To provide a seamless experience, including real-time match notifications and cross-device synchronization, we collect several types of information:

  • Anonymous Device Identifiers: We generate a unique, anonymous ID for your device to manage your preferences and sync data without requiring a personal account (email or name).

  • FCM Tokens: We collect Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver push notifications for match events, scores, and system updates.

  • Device Information: We may collect your device name (e.g., "Pixel 6") to help you identify and manage linked devices within the app.

  • User Preferences: We store your selected match and league subscriptions to ensure you receive only the notifications you requested.

  • Sync Data: Data you choose to sync across devices (e.g., settings or followed teams) is stored securely on our servers.

2. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

  • Google Play Services

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

3. Log Data

In case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your information. We use commercially acceptable means of protecting your data, including SQLite for local storage and encrypted connections for cloud synchronization. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
